End User License Agreement

Scope of This Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of all software applications (“Apps”) developed and distributed by Miller Matrix, operated by Miller Warehouses, LLC. (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This agreement applies to all Apps distributed via Apple's App Store, including macOS and iOS applications.

Apple's Standard License Agreement

All Miller Matrix applications use Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a specific application explicitly provides and displays its own custom license agreement within the App Store listing.

Apple's Standard EULA is incorporated herein by reference and is available at the following URL:

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA and Apple's Standard License Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer rights to the App.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Miller Matrix does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Miller Matrix and Miller Warehouses, LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Miller Warehouses, LLC. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
